The Secretariat team needs to scan the QR Code from your respective MMA App one by one, we appreciate your patience and support while this is done.

Please submit your presentation slides by 11th June 2025. Ensure that the slides are in PowerPoint or PDF format. You can email your slides to secretariat@saaarmm.org

All testing of systems are done on 12th June from 7.30pm onwards.  You’re welcome to join to test and get yourself familiarized with the systems. This takes places at Level 2 Ballroom, Sheraton, Main Hall.  We do hot have a fixed schedule, thus please be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for your rehearsal.

We will provide laptops, projectors, microphones, and clickers. If you have any special technical requirements, please inform us by  12.00pm on 12th June 2025.

Please look for Labuan Room and register at the said location, preferably one hour before your speaking slot.  There will be signages that leads you to Labuan room.

You are welcome to park at the conference hotel, where all delegates, speakers, and exhibitors can enjoy a flat rate for parking.

Payment Information: The hotel uses cashless payments only. You can use T&G Cards or your credit/debit cards. Please tap when you enter and exit, and remember to validate your parking at the Concierge on the Ground Floor.

Parking Rates:

  1. If you’re attending AFMS25, the flat rate is RM10 per entry.
  2. If you’re attending AFMS25 and staying at the hotel, the flat rate is RM5 per entry.

If you prefer to park elsewhere, there is an open space on the right side of the hotel as you enter. Alternatively, you can park at Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur, which is right opposite the hotel

Our technical support team will be available on-site for assistance.  The Secretariat Support desk will be located next to conference Ballrooms and we’ll be at  Exhibitors area. Booth SP11.  You’ll see SAAARMM .The help desk, located near the main stage, will be operational from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on event days.
