You can set up your exhibition booths on 18th June 2026, from 5:00 PM onwards at Sheraton. The contractor will begin erecting the booths from 3:00 PM onwards as there’s another event ongoing.  * Timing subject to change. 

We welcome you to include inserts in our goodie bags. You can add brochures, small gifts, souvenirs, etc. For your reference, we are preparing a total of 300 goodie bags.

All items should be passed to event venue latest by 18th June at 7.00pm.

The Secretariat team will be at the event venue from 4:30 PM onwards on 18th June for any assistance.  You are welcome to pass on your materials to event management team on site anytime from then until 7:00 PM. If you’re unable to make it on the eve, you can use delivery services, and we will be happy to receive your items and place them in the goodie bags.

The Secretariat team will be at the event venue from 4:30 PM onwards on 18th June.  Each exhibitor is entitled to five (5) exhibitor tags/passes. To avoid congestion during setup, we kindly request that passes be collected on the day before. 

In the event if you’re arriving only on the day, please collect at 7.30am on 19th June 2026. 

You are welcome to park at the conference hotel, where all delegates, speakers, and exhibitors can enjoy a flat rate for parking.

Payment Information: The hotel uses cashless payments only. You can use T&G Cards or your credit/debit cards. Please tap when you enter and exit, and remember to validate your parking at the Concierge on the Ground Floor.

Parking Rates:

1. If you’re attending WAAARNEM26, the flat rate is RM10 per entry.
2. If you’re attending WAAARNEM26 and staying at the hotel, the flat rate is RM5 per entry.

If you prefer to park elsewhere, there is an open space on the right side of the hotel as you enter. Alternatively, you can park at Quill City Mall Kuala Lumpur, which is right opposite the hotel
