Terms & Conditions

Reservation and Payment

1. Booth space reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Full payment is required to secure a booth. Upon pre-confirmation via email, please kindly arrange for payment to be made within 10 days.
3. Failure to confirm within this period will result in the release of the booked space for others to reserve.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Cancellation policies vary but may include partial or full refunds depending on the timing of the cancellation.
2. Refunds may be subject to administration fees.
3. No refunds may be provided for cancellations made after a certain date.

Booth Specifications:

1. Booth dimensions, amenities, and services provided may be outlined in the terms.
2. Any modifications to the booth must be approved by event organizers.
3. Exhibitors are responsible for the setup, decoration, and dismantling of their booths within specified time frames

Exhibitor Conduct:

1. Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
2. No disruptive behaviour or activities that may interfere with neighbouring booths or the overall event are allowed.
3. Distribution of materials or promotions outside the designated booth area may be prohibited.

Liability and Insurance:

1. Exhibitors may be required to carry liability insurance covering their participation in the event.
2. Event organizers may not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by exhibitors.

Marketing and Promotion:

1. Exhibitors may be permitted to market and promote their products or services within their booth space only.
2. Any marketing materials or signage must comply with event guidelines and regulations.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

1. Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
2. This includes obtaining necessary permits and licenses for their booth activities.

Indemnification:

1. Exhibitors may be required to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the event.

Intellectual Property:

1. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to display any copyrighted or trademarked materials in their booth.
2. Event organizers may not be held liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights by exhibitors.

Miscellaneous:

1. Any additional terms and conditions specific to the event may be included.
2. Event organizers reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time
